Billie was born in Suffolk, Virginia on June 15th, 1935.
Billie attended Tarpon Springs High school and was an Alumni Cheerleader. She was married to William Eliadis, on March 14th 1959. Billie had a career in cosmetology and later worked in the bilingual program at Tarpon Elementary and Sunset Hills Elementary. She was a member of the St. Nicholas choir, The Daughters of Penelope and Philoptochos society.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, Dino and Johnnie Nick.
She is survived by her sister Mary, her children Dino Eliadis (Pam), Cathy Breedlove (Tyler), Grandchildren Christopher Eliadis, Timothy Eliadis, and Matthew Eliadis and many loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Billie will be held Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652. A visitation will occur Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652. A funeral service will occur Friday, March 4, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 36 N Pinellas Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. A committal service will occur Friday, March 4, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Cycadia Cemetery, 1021 E Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Nicholas Cathedral choir.

There will be handicap accessible transportation provided from Tarpon Springs at St. Nicholas Cathedrals parking lot to Meadowlawn funeral home for the 2:00pm-4:00pm Visitation on March 3rd 2022. First pick up will be at 1:45pm (please be there by 1:30pm) Second pickup will be at 2:45.
