He was born in Utica, New York on November 26th, 1932. Anthony graduated from Proctor High School and received a Bachelor's degree from the New York Institute of Technology.
He was married to Delores Mastrino on January 28th, 1956.
Anthony had a career in Industrial Engineering for Litton Industries, Sperry Co., and Marbelite Co. He also worked for B.O.C.E.S school district as a teacher. From 1996 to present as Chief Inspector for Tampa Bay Downs.
He was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic church.
He is survived by Children Mari-Lynn Cooley, David Mastrino, Joseph Mastrino, and Elizabeth Cozzolino. Grandchildren Daniel Cooley, Samantha Mastrino, and Giavana Mastrino, and siblings Louis Mastrioanni Jr and Theresa Paccilo.
