Adeline Lipowski

Adeline celebrated her 100th birthday with family & friends in New Port Richey, Florida and was featured on a local radio station saying her words of wisdom, “Just be happy.”

Born & raised in Buffalo, New York, Adeline was the youngest of 16 children. At the age of 19 she married Bronislaus Lipowski, the love of her life. They were married 50 years before he passed away in 1992.

Adeline was the matriarch of a very large & loving family and is survived by her five daughters; Patricia (Raymond) Mocarski, Kathleen (Thomas-deceased) Gawel, the late Nancy (Winfried-deceased) Buntins, Barbara (Howard) Long, and Sandra Lipowski.

Adeline’s legacy includes strong family values, traditions, strength, and for posterity - four remaining generations made up of 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on March 10th, 2023 at Our Lady Queen of Peace at 5340 High St, New Port Richey, FL 34652.

The family will also have a Funeral Mass at St. Gabriel’s Church at 9am on Saturday, March 25 located at 5271 Clinton Street in Elma, New York. followed by a procession to Saint Stanislaus cemetery at 700 Pine Ridge Heritage Blvd. in Buffalo, New York for the final interment.
