

Yvonne Bosco Wuest, 92, of Richmond, Texas, passed away peacefully in her home on July 30, 2021. Yvonne was born on November 2, 1928 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Joseph F. Bosco and Carlotta Cousin Bosco. Yvonne met her late husband, William A. Wuest, when she was 16 years old. They were married in 1948 in New Orleans and spent 72 loving years together. They raised five daughters, Cynthia W. Arcement (Danny), Karen Wuest, Gretchen W. Loiacano (Nick), Becky W. Babin (Mike), and Pamela W. Williams (Mike).
Yvonne loved her family, gardening, and playing the piano with her sisters. She was the proud Granny of eight grandchildren, Daniel Arcement (Maria), Robert Arcement (Nutcha), Christine Rofoogar (Alex), Michael Babin, Stephen Babin, Katelyn Goodell (Andy), Kristen Strong (Robert), and Kevin Williams (Landan). She always had a smile on her face when she saw her great-grandchildren, Payton Arcement, Mischa Arcement, Elizabeth Arcement, Allie Rofoogar, Charlie Rofoogar, Alivia Strong, and the late Palmer Strong. She is also survived by her two sisters, Elva Rita Buuck and Amelita LeBlanc.
A graveside service will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery No. 2, entrance on Piety Street in New Orleans, on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 1:00PM.

William A. Wuest (Bill) of Richmond, Texas passed away on January 26, 2020. Bill was born on February 11, 1923 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Elizabeth Duvic Wuest and Louis M. Wuest, Sr. Bill was survived by his wife, Yvonne Bosco Wuest. They were married in 1948 in New Orleans and spent 72 years together. They are both survived by their daughters, Cynthia W. Arcement (Danny), Karen Wuest, Gretchen W. Loiacano (Nick), Becky W. Babin (Mike) and Pamela W. Williams (Mike); eight grandchildren, Daniel Arcement (Maria), Robert Arcement (Nutcha), Christine Rofoogar (Alex), Michael Babin, Stephen Babin, Katelyn Goodell (Andy), Kristen Strong (Robert), and Kevin Williams (Landan); and great-grandchildren, Payton Arcement, Mischa Arcement, Elizabeth Arcement, Allie Rofoogar, Charlie Rofoogar, Alivia Strong and the late Palmer Strong.
Bill entered the U.S. Army in February 1943 serving as a Medical Technician where he received the American Theater Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal and Victory Medal. Bill received an honorable discharge from the Army in 1946 where he began his career with the Illinois Central Railroad until his retirement in 1983.
Bill will be laid to rest with his wife, Yvonne, at a graveside burial on August 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM at St. Vincent dePaul Cemetery #2.
