Stacy Tanet Snow was unexpectedly called from this earth on October 24, 2018 to be with her loving grandparents, Ethel and Albert Tanet. She was born in New Orleans on March 20, 1969. She graduated from Mercy Academy in 1987 and Loyola University 1992 where she was a member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology. Thereafter, she embarked on a sales career where she eventually became Area Director for Ralph Lauren in Dallas as well as a sales associate for Jamie Hayes Art Gallery in New Orleans. Stacy was a caring, intelligent, funny and compassionate person. She was kind. She had a beautiful smile, a beautiful voice and was passionate about music. She loved and was loved by many people. She is survived by her devoted mother, Diane Snow Turner, and father, David Snow, her half-brother, Cedric Snow, his wife Allison and the boys. She is also survived by her always caring step father, Gerald E. Turner, Jr., his wife Sue, and Sue’s children with whom Stacy was very close. She is also survived by her supportive Aunt and Uncle who were her Godparents, Linda and Ronald Tanet, and her loving, supportive cousins and their children. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mercy Academy class of 1987 for all of their kind words and prayers. A celebration of Stacy’s life will be held closer to Christmas so that friends and family may make travel arrangements to attend. The celebration will be by invitation only. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New Orleans and/or Doctor’s Without Borders.
