Shirley Menne Andry passed away on August 13, 2015 at the age of 80. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late August and Mary M. Menne. Shirley was the loving mother of Barbara Andry Smith (Chuck), and the late Michael Joseph Andry (Connie) and Sandra Ann Andry. She was the sister of Anna Menne Lupo (Sonny). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Christian Paddock (Jeff), Shane Smith (Rebecca), Dr. Brittany Andry, and Shawn Smith; and great grandchildren, Ainsley and Callen Smith and Brennan and Liam Paddock. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Anthony S. Decareaux.
She was an active member of the Lakeshore Golden Age Club. She will be missed by all. May God welcome you with open arms until we meet again.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 10:00AM.
