Ruth Aleman Monteleone passed away on December 22, 2015. She is survived by her children, Anne Hathaway Monteleone Burr (John) and David Gibbens Monteleone (Greer). Her grandchildren, Christina M. West (Henry), Frank J. Monteleone, II (Kathleen) of New York, New York, William A. Monteleone, III (Jennifer) of Houston, Texas, David Gibbens Monteleone, Jr., Caroline P. Monteleone, Alexander H. Monteleone, and Catherine T. Burr. Her great-grandchildren, Euan H. Monteleone, Sydney C. Monteleone and William A. Monteleone, IV. Her siblings, Frances A. Smith (Peter) of Houston, Texas and Elizabeth A. Reinecke (John). She is preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth Hathaway Gibbens Aleman and Dr. Slattery Camille Aleman; her sons, Frank Caffery Monteleone and William A. Monteleone, Jr. (survived by spouse, Denise) of Houston, Texas; and brother, Slattery Rudolph (Terry) Aleman. Ruth was a graduate of Newcomb College and a member of the C. A. C. Relatives and friends are invited to the celebration of life on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at 21 Nassau Dr., Metairie, Louisiana 70005.
