Ruth Ann Frizell

Ruth Ann Frizell was born October 23, 1941 and died on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at the age of 82. She was a native of Los Angeles, California and a resident of Louisiana since 1952. She lived in Amite for the last 21 years. She is survived by her daughters: Terry Ann and husband, John Leydon of Houston, Texas; Vicki and husband, Stephen Ersek of Albany, Louisiana; and Denise Bruschke of Amite, Louisiana; stepdaughters: Melissa Martin of Marrero, Louisiana, Barbara and husband, Mark Clark of Baton Rouge; three granddaughters: Aimeé, Nicole and Zoë; four grandsons: Christopher, Sean, Stephen, and Leo; three great granddaughters: Olive, Lucy, and Evie; five great grandsons: Michael, Hayden, Andrew, Parker, and Benjamin; sister, Lillian Pasqueth of Hot Springs, Arkansas; plus many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Frizell was a retired accountant for the state of Louisiana. She was a friend of Bill and cherished her many friends she made over the past 41 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service in the chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd in New Orleans, on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 11 AM. Visitation will begin at 9 AM. Ruth will be laid to rest privately at a later date.
