Rosemary “Rosie” Russo Gilbert passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 at the age of 74. She was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Mississippi. Rosie was born on July 11, 1949 to the late Vincent Russo and Barbara Reeber Russo. She was a Graduate of Warren Easton High School. Rosemary worked as a bookkeeper. She loved cooking, cycling and dancing.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her son, Nicholai Gilbert and her brother, Salvadore Russo.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Wilce J. Gilbert Jr., and her son, Wilce J. Gilbert III.
