Patricia "Pat" LaCombe

Patricia “Pat” LaCombe, age 73, joined our heavenly father in heaven on March 01, 2021. She was born in New Orleans, July 28, 1947 and was preceded in death by her parents Ivan and Mabel Darensbourg. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years Michael “Mickey”, their two sons and lovely brides; Michael (Glori) and Kirk (Osk); three grandchildren; Madeline, Anne Marie, Andrew Ari; sister Cheryl Bergeron as well as a host of nieces, nephews and family members. Pat’s love for shoes and clothes was constantly on display as a women’s retail stores sales associate and she spent 10 years in the corporate world at Sharf and Jones. But Pat’s true passions was being a loving mother and homemaker for her boys and of course being a MAWMAW. She will always be known for her special Gumbos that she created from left overs in her freezer. Patsy’s other favorite places was her garden or dancing at her Jazzercise class. A devout catholic, she was a Eucharistic Minister, member of the church Choir and Rosary Alter Society, as an active parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena. She had a Heart of Love for God, her faith and family. Her devoted husband, children and grandchildren were the center of her holy life. Pat’s life will be remembered by caring heart, motherly instinct, faith, and love of God and family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass to be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Seina Church, 105 Bonnabel Blvd. in Metairie, LA. Visitation at church will begin at 10:00 a.m.
