Maureen Catanese Porteous, age 78, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Thomas O. Porteous, Jr. Loving mother of Melissa Porteous Cruse. Mother-in-law of John Cruse. Grandmother of Jordan and Presley Cruse. Daughter of the late Albert Salvadore Catanese and Josie Landry Catanese. Sister of the late Vera Torres.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 444 Metairie Road, Metairie, LA 70005 on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be at the church for 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass. Interment will be private.
