Marguerite G. Knollman Orr, age 94 years, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 in Metairie, LA. Beloved wife of the late H. Henry Orr for 53 years. Loving mother of Beverly O. Kennedy (Jim) and Evelyn Agnelly (the late Pete). Daughter of the late Emmett and Mary Knollman. Sister of the late Ruby Hart. Grandmother of James, III, David, and Michael Kennedy, Diana Agnelly, and Debra Metoyer. Great grandmother of David Chatham, Samantha Metoyer, and Bria, Reid, and Henry Kennedy. Great great grandmother of Malayna, Breanna, and Brycen Chatham.

Mrs. Orr was a member of Carolyn Park Presbyterian Church in Arabi, LA and the former Treasurer of Animal Adoption Society in St. Bernard Parish, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 1:00pm. Visitation will be from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
