Leah Dupont Terese

Leah D. Terese passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 95. Born in Madisonville, Louisiana on November 14, 1928 to the late George and Barbara Dupont. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Salvador Terese; sisters Dorothy Zambo and Georgie Martin; brother Joseph Dupont. Leah is survived by her daughter Cheryl Fuselier (Roy); son Robert (Bobby) Terese, Sr. (Joni); grandchildren Dara Hindman (Brian), Chris Terese (Candace), Robert Terese, Jr., (Rebecca), Rachel Terese (David), Paul Fuselier (Jordan), Elizabeth McCrary (Corey), and Reagan Rogers (Martin); great-grandchildren Jacob, Nova, Graham, Colten, Tucker, Kaeden, Kaleb, Konner, Maverick, Maddox, and Piper.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Pat Furgeson and Interim Healthcare.

A visitation will be held on Friday July 12, 2024 beginning at 10:00am at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 12:00pm. Interment in Lake Lawn Park and Mausoleum.
