Mrs. Lan Thi Nguyen passed away on March 9, 2022. Born on May 10, 1956, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, she moved to the U.S. in 1991 and resided in Metairie, LA. She successfully owned and operated her own dry cleaning business, K Cleaners, in Kenner from 2008 until 2019. She enjoyed shopping and watching movies.
Mrs. Nguyen is survived by her husband of 43 years, Hung Chi Lam; her 3 sons, Trung Lam (Huong Mai), Huy Lam (Victoria Parrish) and Khanh Lam (Liz Bui); her grandchildren, Gavin Bui, Thanh Mai and Anh Lam; 8 sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be held in the chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124 on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
