Kenneth Paul Benoit, 72, passed away on October 11, 2016 surrounded by his family and friends. Survived by his two daughters, Kendra Benoit Stierwald (Eric) and Kristi Benoit; his nephews, Brant Benoit (Lori) and Beau Benoit (Kim, Noah, Reese and Wyatt); his sweetheart, Barbara Marcade; and countless family and friends. His daughters would like to express their sincere gratitude to their mother Lynn and his friend, Larry Bordelon for their love and support during this time. He is preceded in death by his father Herman J. Benoit; mother, Lena Jones and brother, Dickie James Benoit. Kenneth served in the U. S. Navy aboard the USS Oriskany. He retired from Entergy after 40 years. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. until service time.
