Karen Bolton Milliet

Karen Bolton Milliet passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at the age of 68. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hilda and Joseph Bolton and her granddaughter, Stevie L. Milliet. Karen is survived by her sons, Ronald I. Milliet, Jr. (Jill) and Robbie J. Milliet (Kailyn); her granddaughters, Gracie M. Milliet, Mallory K. Milliet and Kennedy G. Milliet; brothers, Joseph J. Bolton and James J. Bolton (Donna); nephew, Kyle Bolton; close friend, Susan Wehmeyer and many other relatives and friends.

She was a native of New Orleans and longtime resident of Metairie. Karen was a hard worker and through her job, she got to see the Saints play regularly and work all the great events of the city. She was a kindhearted person and loved her family. Her three grandchildren were the light of her life. She enjoyed being out at the ballpark with Gracie, cheer competitions with Mallory and crawling around the house with Kennedy. One of her favorite pastimes was being at the ballpark with her sons. Karen will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to attend services held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA on Saturday, December 21, 2024. A visitation will be from 10:00AM until Mass begins at 12:00PM. Inurnment will be private at a later date.
