Joseph was an incredibly kind and generous gentleman. He was a parishioner of St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, where he dedicated many years to their adoration chapel, as a coordinator and participant. He was very devoted to his daily prayer life. He loved each and every one of his children, and their spouses, in a special way, and he adored his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Joseph served four years in the Air Force, in the 3592nd Flight Line Maintenance Squadron. He became a Sargent and received the Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. The skills he learned in the service helped him to land his position as supervisor with Western Electric Telephone Company. After early retirement, he went back to work as a millwright doing turn arounds for General Electric.
He enjoyed a long and blessed life. He loved golfing, fishing, dancing, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
The family would like to send their love and appreciation to Ms. Yvonne Morise for being a dear friend and companion to our father for the past nine years.
