Joseph Kearney Rodriguez, 96, passed away in Jefferson, Louisiana on December 11, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Camellia Rodriguez; wife, Eunice Marie Rodriguez; son, Michael J. Rodriguez; brothers, Whitney Rodriguez, Lloyd Rodriguez and Warren Rodriguez and Amos Rodriguez (the late Janice); sisters, Mildred Ouso and Madeline Gentile; and granddaughter, Shannon Lee Rodriguez. He is survived by his son, Ralph J. Rodriguez (Lucinda); brothers, Holden Rodriguez (Gladys) and Wilson Rodriguez (Peggy); grandson, Michael J. Rodriguez; granddaughter, Valerie Rodriguez; great-granddaughter, Hallie Rodriguez. Friends and family are invited to attend a Catholic Funeral Service on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
