John Blank, III, 63, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his parents, John, Jr. and Edna Blank. He is survived by his sister, Linda Willis; nieces, Katherine and Christine; beloved dog, Boo Boo. John was retired from the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office after 27 years of service. He was a resident of Slidell from 1988 to 2017. John will be sadly missed by his many friends. A private burial will take place at St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery.
