Jeffrey Price Andrews, 67, passed away on June 10, 2016. He was a loving and generous husband, father and Papa. His energy, kindness, humor and zest for life will be remembered by all who knew him. Jeffrey will be forever loved by those he left behind. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Purita Andrews; daughters Mary Beth Andrews Spitale and Jennifer Elyse Andrews; son-in-law Joseph Charles Spitale; grandchildren Kate Elizabeth Spitale, Joseph Charles Spitale Jr., and Andrew Price Spitale (due in September); siblings Charles Andrews, Joy Rossignol, and Tom Andrews; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Jeffrey graduated from Main Central Institution and attended Thomas College; he served in the US Air Force. He retired as district manager of American National Life Insurance after more than 30 years with the company. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124. Visitation will take place prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m.
