James Corley Wyrick passed away on August 21, 2017 at the age of 89. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. Husband of the late Valerie Shackelford Wyrick. Father of Kevin Wyrick (Susan) and the late Greg Wyrick (Louise). Grandfather of Jenny Dandison (Andrew), Stephen Wyrick and Corley Wyrick. Son of the late Lillian and Claude Wyrick. Brother of Ed, Beverly and the late Bud. In his younger years, he served in the US Army. James was a very dedicated member of the Episcopal Church for many decades both of the national and local level. He will be greatly missed by all of those who knew him.
