Holly Noell Faure

Holly Noell Faure passed away on April 7, 2020 at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana after a battle with liver disease. Holly was 49 years old and had recently moved to Madisonville, Louisiana.

Holly moved to Susanville half way through her freshmen year of high school from the Sonora area when her dad became a Correctional Officer at the California Correctional Center. She graduated from Lassen High School in 1988.

Holly worked numerous jobs throughout her lifetime. She was an awesome babysitter, worked at the Iron Butterfly Music Shop, and McDonalds. She also worked at the BLM corrals in Litchfield, the Sierra Army Depot as a munitions inspector, and as a dispatcher at the fire center in Susanville. Holly was also a Girl Scout leader and a 4-H Sheep Project Leader.

The most important and most fulfilling job to Holly and what she took the most pride in was being a great wife and the best stay at home mother to her three children.

Holly enjoyed reading, playing Jeopardy, decorating her new house, and any family activities like camping, fishing, hiking, shooting, festival going, and road trips to new areas to explore.

Holly was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She is survived by her husband of almost 30 years Frank J. Faure III and her three children Kylie Faure (fiancé Greg), Chloe Faure, and Colton Faure. She is also survived by her dad Dave Alverez, her two sisters Shelly Michaels and Chonne Kashur (Stan) and their families as well as her in-laws, numerus nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Holly is preceded in death by her beloved mother Joyce Hope Alvarez.

A service will be held for Holly in Louisiana, the state she retired to and loved, at a later date when the world gets back to somewhat normal.

Holly was a smart, kind, caring, funny, and loving person. She made an impact on the lives of everyone she met. She was one of a kind and will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
