Frank Joseph Orlando, 73, passed away at his home in Kenner, Louisiana, on Monday, January 18, 2021. He was the beloved husband for 31 1/2 years of Patricia B. Orlando; loving father of Richard, Randy (Julie), and Nicholas Orlando; grandfather of Koby Orlando, Levi Orlando, Raina Orlando, Ali Orlando, and Cecilia Orlando; brother of Mary Betzer (Bruce), Loretta Schmidt, Susan August, Elaine Culpepper, Kenny Orlando (Elaine), Dominick Orlando (Jamie), and Lenny Orlando; and son of the late Dominick and Mary Louise Orlando.
Frank was born and raised in New Orleans, and attended Delgado Community College. He also served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Frank worked for the City of New Orleans for 32 years as an electrical repairman and supervisor. He was a member of the American Legion and NRA, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. The family would like to thank Passages Hospice for their care and compassion.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private Mass and interment will be held for the family.
