Edwin Charles Pemberton Sr.

Edwin is survived by his children Edwin C. Pemberton, Jr. (Marie), Shannon Leigh Pemberton-Eustis (Ryan), Brett J. Pemberton (Amy), Brandon Miller (Kristine), Leigh Stodola (Steve), Shane M. Pemberton and Jace C. Pemberton; twin brother Erwin J. Pemberton (Janice) and brother James R. Pemberton (Rhonda Daussat); grandchildren Danielle, Cody, Travis, Madeline, Hannah, Jackson, Hayden, Ashley, Alyssa, Brett James, Amelia, Izzy, Haddy, twins Ava and MaKayla, Rush, Piper, Jaxon, Shastyn, Ryker and Brennan; godchild/niece Kristy; nephews Brian and Collin; nieces Mary, Christina and Kim. Eddy dearly loved the mother of his children Pat and Carol.

He is preceded in death by his parents Edwin H. Pemberton “Pappy” and Marie Gros Pemberton “MawMaw”.

Edwin was an electrical superintendent for Frischhertz Electric for 49 years. He was passionate about his career and considered the Frischhertz team as part of his extended family. Edwin served in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Clamagore SS-343, Submarine Service. Edwin loved family, friends, LSU football, the ponies, and Miller Lite.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 12:00pm. Visitation will begin at 9:00am until service time. Interment will be private.
