Dillon Patrick McCormick passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 90. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 15, 1933, to the late John and Isabel McCormick. Dillon is survived by his brother Arnold McCormick (Sue). He was preceded in death by his sisters Celeste McCormick Puderer (Jimmy) and Betty McCormick Dupre (Earl). He is also survived by a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He graduated from Redemptorist High School and served in the United States Air Force. He was a long time employee of Winn-Dixie, still working part time at the time of his death.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at St. Mary’s Assumption Church, 923 Josephine Street, New Orleans, LA, on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Memorial Mass beginning at 11:00 a.m. A private burial will take place at a later date.
He will be fondly remembered and missed by all who knew him.
