Delores Garidel Guarino born March 25, 1930 in New Orleans, LA passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in New Orleans, LA at the age 92. She was a housewife, substitute teacher, Bank Teller for First NBC in Lakeforest Plaza. She was a member of Resurrection of Our Lord Altar Society, and The Life and Lively Club. She received The Order of St. Louis Award. She loved going to the casino and playing bingo. She is preceded in death by her spouse of 62 years, Thomas Joseph Guarino; parents, Louis Stephen Garidel and Ida Vega Garidel; sisters, Beverly Garidel Landry, Marie Garidel Taix, Lois Garidel Bekowski, Idamae Garidel Vega, and Loretta Garidel Brown; brothers, Dudely Garidel, Louis Garidel, and Conrad Garidel. She is survived by her four children, Kim Guarino Rauch (Kenneth), Donna Guarino Trapani, Thomas Joseph Guarino, Jr. (Jody Mathews), Daniel Albert Guarino. Adored by her six grandchildren Candis Guarino Renton and Daniel Guarino, Jr.; Kenneth, Jr., Kevin and Kirk Rauch, Sean Guarino; Six great-grandchildren, Kali Guarino Moore, Khloe and Cole Renton, Jacoby Rauch, Kaiden and Kameron Rauch; Four great great-grandchildren, Lanie, Paislee, Maverick and Joel Moore. The family would like to give special thanks to the Staff of Summerfield Senior Living Facility and Enhabit Hospice. Family and friends are invited to attend services on Friday, August 19, 2022 at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 910 Cross Gates Blvd Slidell, LA 70461.
