Charles Gary Howard, age 74, born in Mobile, AL on July 14, 1947. Longtime resident of Slidell, LA, departed this life on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 due to complications of Covid 19 and dementia. Survived by his devoted and loving wife of 48 years, Donna Wagner Howard, his two daughters Kristen Howard Green, Kelly Lyn Howard and his one and only granddaughter, Morgan Elizabeth Green, his pride and joy. He will be close in our hearts and dearly missed always. Preceded in death by his father Tommie Howard, mother Mary Helen Brock Howard, and brother Thomas Shedden. Survived by his loving sister Judith Howard Laiche, his brother Gregory Howard and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Notre Dame Hospice for the compassionate care and support during a difficult time. Interment will be private.
