Cecily Mouton Ochsner arrived in heaven on December 08, 2016. She is now enjoying some well deserved peace and relaxation. She was born in Houston, Texas on May 03, 1958. Cecily is preceded in death by her parents Dr. Alton Ochsner, Jr. and Barbara Mequet Ochsner and her siblings Isabel L. Ochsner, Edward William Alton Ochsner, III, and Mary Lyons Ochsner. She leaves behind to cherish her memory two sisters Mequet O. Smith (Tony) and Jessica Coller Ochsner, and beloved pet Sasha. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held prior to the services beginning at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the LASPCA.
