Catherine Ann Di Martino passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at the age of 71.
Catherine is survived by her two children Leslie Hoormann Creppel and Eric Hoormann; brothers Blaise Di Martino (Maggie) and Peter Di Martino; grandchildren Eric Poland, Blaire King, Kylie Creppel and Haylie Creppel ; great-grandchildren Joel Poland and Brooklyn Poland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Interment will be private.
