Carol Ann (Heine) Riecke

Carol Heine Riecke passed away on April 30, 2018 at age 85. Daughter of the late Carl and Hazel Heine, wife of the late Laurent Riecke, sister of the late Joy Heine and Carl (late Glenda) Heine, mother of Alan (Cindy), Cheryl, Scott (Charlene), Stephen (Roxan) Riecke and Barbara (George) Turner, grandmother of Scott (Kristy), Ryan (Stephanie) and Eric (Nicole) Suhre, Amanda (Matt) Monguillot, Erin, Grace and Madison Riecke, Alex (Megan) and Nicholas Lacour, Benjamin Bordelon, Michael and Jonathan Riecke and Cameron (Chelsea) and Lauren Turner. She has 8 great grand children

Carol was born in New Orleans, and after retiring moved to Wisconsin to help family where she made numerous friends. She returned to Louisiana for 13 years and the last year has been living in Florida.

Carol loved crispy oysters, puzzles, word games and television. She would be upset she is missing Trading Spaces.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 1pm with public visitation from 9:30am until service time followed by interment at All Saints Mausoleum.
