ROME Betty Jane Rome, age 85, on Sunday, April 2, 2017. Daughter of the late Elmore and Rose Marie Gendusa Rome. Sister of Rosemary Rome Dupuis (Claude). Aunt of Kevin Dupuis (Tracy), Diane Dupuis, Michael Dupuis (Rebecca), Mark Dupuis (Glenda), Jane Henry (Donald) and Paul Dupuis (Ashley). Also survived by 20 great nieces and nephews and 3 great great nieces and nephews. Betty was a secretary for the Coca-Cola Co. and a receptionist for Dr. Edmond Mickal. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at ST. LOUIS KING OF FRANCE, 1609 Carrollton Avenue, Metairie, LA 70005 on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 12:00 Noon. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park.
