Betty Taylor Larche, age 90, passed away on Friday May 8, 2015. She was Preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Stephen Larche, Sr. she was the Mother of Barbara Larche Batty, Robert Stephen Larche, Jr. (Sandy) and James Brian Larche, Sr. (Bonnie). Grandmother of Elizabeth Batty Caliva (Craig), Courtney Larche Morel (Christian), James Brian Larche, Jr. (Kerri), and Kristen Larche. Great Grandmother of Madison, Mackenzie and Brendan Morel and Aidan Scott Caliva. Betty was a long time employee of Tulane University and worked in several departments including office of the Vice President and the football coaches office. She Later retired from Associated General Contracters (AGC). She will be sadly missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, friends and anyone who had the wonderful opportunity to know her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (In Metairie Cemetery) on Tuesday May 12, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
