While at UNO Anna studied in Germany for a semester. She lived and worked on a Kibutz in Israel for a short period some time later. Her last decade-long job was as an Import Specialist for the Department of the Treasury. Previously she had taught a year at a Catholic school. She then worked in the oil fields and in responsible positions in local banks. She played the violin as well as the viola and, after Katrina, Anna took up painting. She taught Catechism at St. Pius and sang in the choir. Many dear friends helped her during her years of illness. Anna was loved by many and will be sorely missed.
