Adam Garvis Morin

Adam Garvis Morin passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the age of 46. He was a resident of Metairie, Louisiana. Adam was born in Bismarck, North Dakota on February 11, 1977. Adam graduated from Edna Karr High School and worked as a Jeweler. He was a Fireman with New Orleans Fire Department for seven years and with St. Tammany at the Slidell Fire Department for three years.

Adam is preceded in death by his brothers: Bryan Morin and Danny Morin, Jr.

Adam is survived by his parents, Danny and Linda Morin; his fiancé', Tammy Huynh; his daughters, Emma Huynh and Ella Huynh; his sister, Jennifer Morin; his brothers, David Morin and Reed Crane; as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give heartfelt thanks to The First Responders of Folsom, Louisiana, the Medical Staff of the St. Tammany Hospital ER and the Medical Staff in St. Tammany Hospital Neuro ICU for their care and concern on Adam's behalf. They never gave up and fought for Adam until the very end.

A visitation for Adam will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124, followed by a funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery at All Saints Mausoleum.
