Margaret E. Goss, of Groton, died on September 19, 2010, at Groton Regency.
She was born on January 17, 1937, in Pawcatuck, the daughter of the late Charles and Myrtle Mercer Clark.
She was the widow of David L. Goss, Sr.
Mrs. Goss is survived by her sons Robert A. Goss (Karen Goss); Edward J. Goss (Pauline A. Goss); and George A. Goss, all of Norwich, her daughters Donna L. Addison (Harry Baker, Sr.) of Norwich; Rhonda M. Goss (Steven Hargraves) of New London; and Laurie J. Elgin of Taftville; her brothers Charles A. Clark of Mass. and Joseph W. Clark of Westerly; her sister Sandra J. Mitchell of Westerly; 18 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her son David L. Goss, Jr., and her sisters Ethel and Dolores Clark.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6-8pm at Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 181 Ocean Ave., New London. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
