Carol Weymouth

Carol was born August 27, 1960, in Holyoke, MA, the daughter of Edward and Mary Jane (Dibble) Zajac.

She married Joseph Weymouth on March 6, 1982 in Holyoke. She graduated from Holyoke Catholic High School in 1978 and earned a diploma in practical nursing from Dean Voc. She later earned her RN from University of Bridgeport and worked as a nurse at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital for 35 years until she retired in 2016. She was also a member of the Elks Club #2163.

Carol was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Mary Jane (Dibble) Zajac, former husband Joseph Weymouth and, brother-in law Frank Torres.

Carol is survived by her daughters Allyson Weymouth of Branford and Abigail Weymouth of Waterford; siblings Sr. Catherine Zajac (SSJ), Mary Elizabeth Zajac, MSgt (ret) Karin Zajac, Lt Col (ret) Thomas Zajac (Cata); Ann Torres; grandchildren Serafina Weymouth, Milo Slowik, Archer Slowik, Ruby Slowik, Wren Slowik; nieces Caleybeth Zajac, Jessica Zajac- Gonzalez (Jennifer), Alissa McLarney (Kurtis); nephews Thomas Zajac (Lauren), Jamie Zajac (Audrey), Christopher Zajac (Elise); 3 great nieces; 2 great nephews and Godmother Elizabeth St Laurent.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 4th from 10am-noon with a memorial service beginning at noon at Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 181 Ocean Ave., New London.
