Noelle Patricia Johnson

Noelle’s family requests that visiting hours be from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Saturday at Evangeline Funeral Home. A reception will follow at her parents’ home.

Noell was born on December 11, 1990 in Dallas, TX. She and her mother lived in New Orleans prior to becoming residents’ of New Iberia. Noelle passed away peacefully at 10:15 am on, Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at her residence with her parents by her side.

Noelle was a graduate of NISH in 2009 and attended Acadiana Technical College. She was employed at McDonald’s on Main Street in New Iberia. Noelle was a very courageous, independent and driven young lady. She enjoyed riding her bike and visiting in the Downtown New Iberia area. She had a love for books and reading and could often be found at the library, Books Along the Teche and also the movie theatre. Noelle loved being around her family in Texas and Ireland and hanging with her friends. She touched many lives in her 23 years and will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.

She is survived by her parents, Kimberly Johnson Nagle and Fergus Nagle of New Iberia; grandmother, Patricia Erwin and grandfather, Harold Erwin and a host of family and friends in Texas and Ireland.

Memorial Donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905 and/or American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 13334, New Iberia, LA 70562.
