Suzanne Marie Robinson

Our family sadly lost an important member on March 9, 2023. Suzanne Marie Robinson was born on August 26, 1956, and was the heart and soul of her family. Sue was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother (GiGi), daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

Although recently retired from Optum, she continued working at Hy-Vee and Michael’s for recreation. She was passionate about her family, tattoos, knitting, jewelry making, gardening, and shopping.

Lovingly known as Suzy or Tat2Sue by many friends from her places of employment and neighborhood. She enjoyed spending time in her garden or with family, cats and friends. She was always there when anyone needed her and had a special bond with her granddaughter and great-grandson.

Sue was preceded by her parents Robert and Bernice Hazel, husband Tony Robinson, sister Patricia Bolduc and brother Curtis Hazel. She is survived by her children Shivaun and Tyrone (Kari), her grandchildren Chanel, Tyrone Jr., Xavier, Mackenzie, and Karington, her great-grandchildren, Devin Jr. and Tyrone III, her siblings Richard Smalkoski (Pat), Richard Bolduc, Gregory Hazel (Remy) and Elizabeth Ashmead (Ron), many nieces and nephews and her beloved cat babies Sylvie, Frankie, and Minou. We are celebrating her life at Kapala-Glodek-Malone Funeral Home (7800 Bass Lake Road, New Hope, MN 55428) on Saturday, March 18th, 2023, at Noon. Visitation will occur prior at 11 a.m.
