I worked with John back in the 60's at the Northtown Roundhouse in Fridley, MN. Honestly I have thought about him once in a while ever since then.
We always remember the good guys and he was certainly one them. He made all of our lives better.
I can still hear his voice.
So very sorry he's not with us anymore.

I was so sorry to hear from my Mom (Elaine) that John  passed away and send you my heartfelt sympathy.  

Gentle soul?  Absolutely!  But, your Dad was also a boat load of fun!  I've many fond recollections growing up of our families together.

May John's life be honored by all he loved.  May his memory be cherished for all he gave.  May your hearts be comforted by all you shared.

Jan, I am sorry to hear that your Dad passed away albeit gently. Know that he was a kind and gentle soul. I have fond memories of sitting around your folks' kitchen table talking and just hanging out...when we were merely 20 years old. Your parents were like my parents down here when I first moved to the Twin Cities. I will always think of the kindness they bestowed upon me. Take Care and know that you are in my heart and always will be!
