James M. Casey

Casey, James M. age 92 of Plymouth passed away November 4, 2022. Preceded in death by his parents Joseph & Catherine, his first wife Lavon, his four siblings Lorraine, Eleanor, Dorothy, and Frank. He is survived by his wife Gloria, his children: Michael Casey, Janet Witbeck, Jean (Todd) Parisian, and James Casey; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and a two sister-in-laws: Donna Dobbs, and Patty (Dave) Schreiber. He served in the Navy Reserves 1950-1954, He was a charter member of St Alphonsus Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharistic minister for many years. His faith was most important to him, followed by family and then his passion for golf, fishing, and especially all his friends at Panera. After retirement he spent winters in Venice, FL for many years. A funeral mass will be held 11 AM Thursday November 10, 2022 at St Alphonsus Catholic Church 7025 Halifax Ave N, Brooklyn Center, MN with visitation one hour prior at the church. Burial will follow in St Anthony’s Cemetery in Minneapolis.
