Irene Ada Okerlund Hunt

Hunt, Irene Ada Age 68, of Champlin died in the Lord on March 16, 2011 after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was employed by J. C. Penney Co. for 25 plus years. Preceded in death by parents, Elmer & Ada Okerlund. Survived by loving husband of 50 years, Fred; children, Mark (Kris) Hunt, Bonnie (Thomas) Monacelli, Brenda (Steve) Smith, Lori (Andy) Zupfer; grandchildren, Adam, Tony, Julia, Christopher, Amanda, David, Derek, Chelsea, Heather, Zachary, Alexa; siblings, Gordon, Dick (Dub), Galen (Jean) and Cliff (Lori) Okerlund and Linda Wagner; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. Funeral service 1PM Saturday, 3/19/11, at ST JOHN'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 9141 County Rd 101, Corcoran. Visitation 11AM-1PM at the church prior to the service. Interment at Oneota Cemetery in Duluth. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to North Memorial Hospice or Humphrey Cancer Center.
