Preceded in death by his fathers, Ervin R. Payne, Donald R. Mowan;

Survived by his daughter, Amriah Payne; mom, Barbara J. Mowan; brother, Robert (Libby) Payne; sisters, Denise (Sylvester) Jones, Christine McDonald; former wife, Terry Purdes; Mother of Amriah, Dorothy Jones; godson, Chapelle Jones-Johnson; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service 11 am Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Kapala Glodek-Malone Funeral Home

(7800 Bass Lake Rd., New Hope)

Visitation Monday, February 28, 2022 from 4-7 pm at the funeral home

and 10 am until time of service Tuesday.

Interment with Military Honors 1:00 pm Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
