Pierrette Baptiste passed away on May 31, 2012. She was born on November 3, 1950 in Haiti to Andre and Rachel (Altidor) Kernizan. She worked as a mail carrier for the United Postal Service for many years. Pierrette will be missed by all who knew her. Family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 at Higgins Funeral Home in New City. Services will be held at St. Joseph's Church, Spring Valley, on Saturday followed by interment at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet, NY.
