Michael Joseph Brennan

Mike is survived by “his girls”; beloved wife Mary Ann (Varricchio), daughter Kaitlyn Tara and Mama Cat. Also, his nieces Tesa Soto Jaques and Dawn Cassar, sister-in-law Helene Varricchio, brother-in-law Richard Varricchio, many nieces and nephews and, of course, “his boys”, Jason, Corey and Connor Gavigan and Matthew Soraghan. He is predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary (O’Connor) Brennan, brother Peter Brennan, second parents Tish and Daddy Jer Cassar, brother Frank Cassar and sister Petrina Soto Cassar.

Mike served in the U.S. Army in Korea during the Vietnam War. He was a retired NYPD Police Officer. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and working in his garden.

A future celebration of Michael’s life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, you may make donations to Hi Tor Animal Shelter or your local animal shelter and if you are a “Friend of Bill” put an extra buck in the collection in his memory.
