Marie E. Walker passed away on April 18, 2013. She was 88 years old. Marie was born on December 25, 1924 in Avoca, PA to Bernard and Elizabeth (Hannah) Anderson. She worked as a teachers assistant for many years. She will be missed by all who knew her. Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 22, 11am, at St. Francis of Assisi Church in West Nyack NY. Interment will be held on Tuesday, April 23 at St. James Cemetery in North Creek, NY.
