Joseph John DiMeo, 72, of Nanuet, NY died Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Loving husband of Carol DiMeo, passed away at his home after his battle with cancer. He is also survived by his son John, daughter-in-law Phyllis, granddaughters Sophia & Ava & sister Carol Paleos. Joseph is predeceased by his sister Connie Reilly. Joseph was a kind and loving man. He touched the lives of everyone that met him. Joseph had a love for going to the beach, trips to Florida & truly just spending time with his wife Carol, granddaughters and family. He will be greatly missed & live forever in our hearts. Family will receive visitors on Friday from 2-5 and 7-9pm at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service, 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered Saturday 10am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, West Nyack, NY. Burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet, NY.
