Dana Calderoni

Dana Calderoni of Congers, NY, 92 years old, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on May 12 th , 2023. She is survived by her son Frank and his wife Brenda, her son Robert and his wife Patricia, and her son Richard and his wife Marie. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Kristin and her husband Kevin, Robert and his wife Caitlin, Erin, Kristine, Lauren, Jessica, and Matthew, as well as her three great grandchildren, Emma, Brianna, and Tripp. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Calderoni, as well as by her brothers Joseph, John, and Paul DeVito.

Dana was born in the Bronx, NY to Paul and Fillamena DeVito on October 16th,1930. She was raised in Mt. Vernon, NY. Dana married her husband Frank in 1956 and they moved to Congers, NY to raise their family in 1966. After raising her three children, Dana worked as a systems administrator for Consumers Union in Orangeburg, NY. Dana loved to cook, paint, knit, and spend time with loved ones. She also enjoyed square dancing with her husband Frank.

A viewing will be held on Monday May 15 th , 2023 at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY from 4:00-8:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday May 16 th 2023 at St. Paul’s Parish at 10:00 am in Congers, NY followed by a burial at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale, NY.
