Cindy Desimone (Winderbaum) of Bardonia, NY, 56 years old, passed away on June 12, 2022. She passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family. Cindy was born on July 13, 1965, in New York City, to Stanley and Ingrid Winderbaum. She graduated from Clarkstown High School, and Ramapo College. She worked as a Sr. Mortgage Analyst, with Emigrant Mortgage Company for over 20 years. A job which she loved, and she was loved by all—both her customers and colleagues. She was a dedicated Mets fan. She also enjoyed making her floral arrangements in the front yard, and all things dog related. She is survived by her daughter, Dana Desimone, and her son, Michael Desimone who were the loves of her life, along with her life partner Dominic Robertson, and of course her beloved mini-dachshund-Sasha. She is also survived by a brother David Winderbaum (Janet)
Family will receive friends for visitation on Monday June 20, from 4-8pm at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY.
