Carole entered into her eternal rest on January 19, 2023. She will be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister aunt, cousin and friend.

Carole was born and raised in Buffalo NY and moved to New City in 1964 with her family in where they raised 5 children. Carole was predeceased by her husband Earl in 2012. She is survived by her 5 children: Karen Kovac(Ed) of Saugerties NY, Mark (Lydia) of Buellton CA, Beth (John) of New City, Scott (Jeannette) of Congers and Earl (Donna) of New City. 7 grandchildren: Edward Kovac Nicholas Kovac, Cassandra Kennedy, Jack Lorence, Emily Lorence, Steven Lorence and Kate Lorence. Sister of Gary (Mary) Wagner who predeceased Carole in 2022. She also had 5 great grandchildren that she was very proud of.

Carole will be remembered for her love of yoga, cooking and especially painting which she shared with her entire family. In lieu of flowers, donations welcome to Rockland County Hospice who took great care of her during her final days.

Tuesday 1.24.23.Higgins Funeral Home, New City. 3 to 7pm

Mass at St Augustine Church. 1.25.23 10am.

Private interment at Gethsemane Cemetery, 82 Rockland Lake Rd, Congers.
