Blanca was born on June 9, 1937 in Ecuador, South America to Carmen Elena and Elias Razo.
She is predeceased by her husband Cesar Eli Garcia, who she met and married in 1956, her
son Cesar Garcia and her granddaughter Jennifer Garcia. In 1964 she immigrated to the United States, where the Garcia family started a new life in New York City. She enjoyed life in the city, doing such things as visiting museums, Broadway shows, concerts and sometimes just playing a tourist and walking around.
Blanca was a loving wife and exceptionally wonderful mother to her children. She was a great cook, always whipping up delicious meals for her family. Another one of her talents was sewing. She was a talented seamstress always making beautiful outfits for her daughters, keeping them in the latest fashions.
In her later years, she enjoyed traveling to Europe and discovering new places in the United States.
Blanca is survived by her daughters, Lisa Garcia and Blanca Garcia Cocuzza.
A visitation for Blanca will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc., 321 S Main St, New City, New York 10956, followed by a funeral service at 6:30 PM.
